The Hawaii Solar Energy Association is the foremost policy leader for solar in the state of Hawaii.

Since its first meeting in 1976 to gauge public interest in advocating for solar issues, HSEA has been engaged in various legislative affairs and regulatory proceedings that have shaped the industry into what it is today.
